You can select one of them and work with our Architect to customize your home to your taste and needs. These are not duplexes or quadplexes, they are stand-a-lone single-family homes. The National

The National is an Augusta Greens deluxe model. The large Master Suite includes a Master Bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower, and a spacious walk-in closet that connects to the laundry room. The vaulted Great Room is designed for an entertainment center and includes a ventless fireplace. The adjacent Dining room combines for a large space perfect for family or social gatherings. The National floor plan also makes an excellent 2 bedroom house with the added benefit of an expanded covered patio. If you love the great features of the National plan, but want a few less square feet to take care of, here is your solution. This plan features the wide open living areas and the clever access to the Master closet room from the Laundry room. Optional add-ons include a Garage and Master Closet expansion (lot-width permitting), a Master Bedroom expansion, and a built-in FirePlace on the patio. The Masters

2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths The Masters is a 2 bedroom plan that features a large open space consisting of a vaulted Great Room, Kitchen, and Dining area with a Breakfast Bar. The high ceilings and long lines-of-sight provide a spacious atmosphere. The over-sized Master Bedroom has a tray-ceiling with ceiling fan, and the Master Bath features a large, zero-threshold walk-in shower. |

The zero-threshold means no stepping over a shower “curb” which can be very helpful for those with limited mobility. An optional Master Bath plan with a garden tub and shower is also available, as is an option to convert the fireplace to an "exterior" style. |

The Classic

A customized version of this floorplan is currently under construction and can be shown through mid-December. The Classic is a spacious 2 bedroom plan that features a covered front porch and front flex room. This is particularly suited for lots facing the Pitch & Putt and waterscape views. The large Master Bedroom has a very spacious walk-in closet, and the Master Bath features a large shower and a whirlpool tub. |
