In order to regain the momentum that we once had prior to the economic downturn, Augusta Greens in conjunction with Premier Construction is offering a tremendous opportunity for buyers.  If you purchase the lot, for a limited time, Premier Construction will build the home at cost.  Typically, Premier has made a 10-15% profit, but in order to promote the sale of lots, the company is willing to work for free, and pass on its buying power and quality workmanship onto you, the buyer.  The only stipulation is that you must maintain ownership of the home for two years without putting it up for sale.  Otherwise, other builders and investors would just buy the lots and have Premier build their homes for free, acting as free labor as the superintendent, then put the homes on the market for a substantial profit.
